CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday reached out to celebrated Dutch hockey legend Floris Jan Bovelander, offering to utilise his expertise to further strengthen hockey in Punjab, particularly in the run-up to the prestigious Asian Champions Trophy.
