New Delhi: Residents of New Delhi woke up to warmer-than-usual conditions on Monday as several weather stations in the national capital recorded above-normal minimum temperatures. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Safdarjung Delhi’s base weather station recorded a minimum temperature of 27.1 degrees Celsius, which was 1.7 degrees above normal.
