In a strongly worded letter sent to Khimsar, Nagar alleged that four pregnant women died due to kidney failure at Kota’s hospital and blamed negligence, infection, and corruption in medical procurement for the tragedy.
Principal Secretary, Medical Education Department, Gayatri Rathore, stated that the preliminary inquiry revealed prima facie evidence of gross negligence in adherence to medical protocols and procedures.
The court has also issued permanent arrest warrants against three absconding accused, Mukesh Goyal, Jitendra Sharma, and Sanjeev Gupta, while proceedings are underway to declare them proclaimed offenders.

From their possession, the police recovered approximately ₹2.30 lakh in cash, 11 Android mobile phones, one keypad mobile phone, one laptop, and ATM cards from 19 different banks.
