BSF and ANTF arrested two alleged smugglers and recovered 19.820 kg heroin concealed in 20 packets inside a rubber tube during a joint operation in Ferozepur.
Amritsar Commissionerate Police has busted two alleged cross-border networks involved in illegal weapons and narcotics smuggling. Five people were arrested and seven pistols and 2.30 kg of heroin were recovered.
Those arrested have been identified as Sukhwinder Singh, a resident of village Walle Shah Uttar in Fazilka and Manpreet Singh, a resident of village Nawan Hasta in Fazilka

According to a press release issued by East District Police, the operation was conducted.
